  • Start solving this problem by holding the Power button for at least 30 seconds. When you are usually turning your phone back on, you hold the power button for a few seconds only, but since it’s not working properly, hold it for a half of minute and hopefully, your HTC One M8 will turn on.
  • The next thing you can try is to reset your device even though it’s turned off. To do that hold Power and Volume buttons for a couple of seconds.
  • If you still experiencing the problem, connect your smartphone to your computer using the USB cable, and repeat previous steps.
  • Even though you are sure the battery was not empty, connect your device to a wall charger, and leave it for about half and hour. Try to turn it on.
