For many, Google’s decision of ending the Nexus line and focusing on building more high-end smartphones has come as a shock. However, last year’s Pixel and Pixel XL devices have received wonderful reviews and feedback from buyers.
With the Pixel line impressing everyone with their specs, metal and glass design and elegance, fans cannot stop but wonder what the 2017 Pixel smartphones are like.
All you need to know about Pixel 2 XL
According to recent leaks, this fall, the Pixel 2 XL will have a stunning design and amazing features. Also, Google will still allow fans to experiment the pure Android operating system experience. So far, it seems that in terms of design, the handset has been minimized; the back glass panel looks even smoother.
Leaks also suggested that the new Pixel 2 XL will have a 5.99-inch display with 1440p OLED panel. The display is said to be built by the LG company. Also, it should come in 128 GB model with 4 GB of RAM. Also, the processor will be Qualcomm Snapdragon 835.
The design is said to be similar to Pixel XL from 2016, with a single dual LED flash camera. Price speculations are not giving an exact amount, but for sure the smartphone will be much more expensive than the Nexus line devices.
What will fans want the new Pixel 2 XL to have?
According to online comments, Pixel enthusiasts will like for the phone to be water resistant and also to have an option of 64GB of internal storage. Of course, they compare the Pixel line with other famous smartphones such as iPhone 7 or Samsung Galaxy S8. If it would be possible, they would also like the price to be lower than last year, however, for what they are expecting their expectation does not seem realistic.
