Service mode is used to check whether all the features of a smart phone are working properly or not irrespective of its usage. It is like a diagnostic tool users have in their Smartphone to keep an eye on the features of their device. Some of the developers also termed it as the test menu, service menu, which they keep hidden in the device.

Android users can activate it by using a secret code which they have to enter into the dial pad following few steps, which are
