What is JIT?
JIT is the abbreviation used for Just in Time and it is used to illustrate a Dalvik JIT compiler, which was recently added in the android devices with version 2.2 and above. JIT is used to develop a specific code for an app and to analyze it so that it can convert it into something which helps in running the app in a faster way.
> JIT does all this during the application is running.
> It stores the information in the device’s RAM as cache.
> Size of the file is about 100k only for an app.
> Devices with low memory are not compatible with it.
Technobezz Explains JIT
JIT or Just In Time works on the principal of inventory on hand, which means inventory should be reduced to only what which is required at that time only. You will be supplied with the information which you need for the current processing, hence it was named as Just In time compiler.
> JIT helps in improving the performance of applications at runtime.
> It is built using high level programming languages.
> It boosts the performance of your device.
> Provides smooth transition between the app and complied code.
