Gmail is the most used email service in the world. It’s simple and it always has some new features which allow the comfortable work. That’s why Gmail is so popular. If you have to forward tons of emails, it would be time-consuming to do it manually. But using this great feature of Gmail, you can forward multiple emails to one or more persons. We are going to show you how to forward multiple emails in Gmail.

How To Forward Multiple Emails In Gmail
If you don’t how to use this feature, you just need to follow the steps bellow:
Sign into Gmail.
When the main window opens, click on the search field at the top of the screen. Enter the name or email address of user whose email you want to forward. At the right end of the search field, click on a little drop/down button and in the new window, click on “Create filter with this search”.
In a new window, you need to click on “Add forwarding address”. Then you will be redirected to “Forwarding and POP/IMAP” tab.
There you need to click on link “Add a forwarding address”. In the address field, enter the forwarding email address and click on next. After you add the address, click on “Next” and then in the next window and click on “Proceed”.
The person to whom you want to forward the emails will get the confirmation code, so the recipient needs to give you that code so that you can proceed. Enter the code in the field under “Forwarding” section and click on “Verify”.
Then you just need to choose the option “Forward a copy of incoming mail to” and confirm the actions with “Save Changes” button at the bottom of the window.
Return to step 1 and click on “Create filter with this search”. In the next window, select the label from “Apply the label” (“Work”, for example) from which you want to forward emails and choose the address to which you want to forward the emails. Also, put a check mark next to “Also apply a filter to matching conversation” and click on “Create filter”.
After these settings, the same email from the selected label will be forwarded automatically to the selected person (email).
