In the past weeks, we all had the chance to see some online leaks about the Fortnite’s season 4, week 2 challenges. This offered the fans of this survival game another insight into the various challenges that are to arrive in the following weeks. Today we are going to have a look at what a datamine of the game revealed regarding the season 4, week 3 challenges.
We can’t help but give away the fact that a great introduction is represented by the rubber duckies! As such, let’s give some credit to the dataminers from Fortnite Tracker and see what the challenges that will appear on May 15 consist of.
Fortnite Challenges You Can’t Miss
- Watch a match replay (0/1) – 5 stars
- Search for rubber duckies (0/10) – 5 stars
- Deal damage with pistols (0/500) – 5 stars
- Search for chests in Lonely Lodge (0/7) – 5 stars
- Eliminate opponents using a sniper rifle (0/2) – HARD – 10 stars
- Follow the treasure map to Salty Springs (0/1) – HARD – 10 stars
- Eliminate opponents in the Tilted Towers.
As you can see, there are some really standard challenges in there. Watching a match replay is probably the easiest challenge you can find in the entire game. Without a doubt, this represents a tactic from Epic that helps guide the players to a new feature.
Besides, pistols aren’t the most popular weapons gamers use, which is probably why they included it in on this list. Meanwhile, Lonely Lodge turns out to be a good location for chest hunting. If you remember, last season it was filled with players who were hunting for chests.
Tilted Towers will always be a madhouse, and the challenge means it’ll get even madder this week. Players will be quitting the busiest locations in the game just to come here.
The Sniper Rifle kills can be quite difficult for some players, but they may prove to be a little easier to get on mobile. There, players are more likely to stay still while aiming. Keep in mind that 50 vs. 50 will always be a good opportunity to kill someone with a rifle.
What’s more interesting is the addition of rubber duckies. At a first look, they might look like some of the standard challenges that are non-combat, which we see each week. For example, last week we had the chance to dance in front of the film cameras. However, if you notice the word ‘search’, it seems like it should be some kind of an in-world pickup, similar to an ammo box, loot llama or treasure chest. This means it might be a new environmental item that we haven’t had the chance to see yet.
Like always, you will need a Season 4 Battle Pass if you want to access the challenges. Keep in mind that the Pass costs 950 V-Bucks and you can purchase it at the in-game store. Apparently, season 4 will end on July 9, 2018, so you don’t need to worry about not finishing on time the challenges.
Obviously, this season of the Fortnite has brought a lot for those who love it. For example, people loved the reintroduction of the 50v50 limited-time mode and the Infinity Gauntlet limited-time mode. These challenges are showcasing the next week’s fun, so players should expect this season to be filled with fun.
You can get Fortnite in early access for PC, mobile, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
