One of the simplest things you can do that can fix the problem is to enable Airplane mode. To do that, navigate to Settings. Turn it on, leave it enabled for 15-20 seconds, and turn it back off.

Solution No.2: Date & Time

The users of other iPhone models also experienced this issue. Many of them solved the problem by turning off Date & Time “Set automatically” option and set everything manually. Give it a try. Go to Settings > General > Date & Time and toggle the switch right next to “Set automatically”.

Solution No. 6: Reinsert your SIM card

One of the reasons why the iPhone keeps dropping calls is because the SIM card is damaged or not properly placed. Turn your device off, remove the SIM card, and put it back in. If the SIM card is damaged, make sure to visit your carrier and ask for a replacement SIM card. In most cases, carriers won’t charge for the SIM card replacement.

Solution No. 7: Reset all settings

The next thing you can do is to reset all settings. Perhaps you made some changes in settings that are causing the issue and by doing this, as the name suggests, it will restore the phone’s settings to factory defaults. This will not delete your data.

  • Go to Settings
  • Tap General
  • Tap Reset
  • Next, tap Reset all settings

If you tried all the above-mentioned solutions and nothing works, visit one of the Apple stores or your carrier.
