  • Backup your data
  • Connect your device to a power source because this may take some time

  • Navigate to Settings
  • Tap Backup & Reset
  • Tap Factory data reset
  • Now tap Reset phone
  • If you set the screen lock enter your PIN, passcode or pattern
  • Tap Erase everything
