  1. IOS 11 broke mirroring (e.g. in Netflix). In IOS 11 try enabling mirroring to an Apple TV, then open Netflix, play a movie and see that the video is no longer being mirrored to the Apple TV. This worked fine before IOS 11, and is a widely reported problem. Apple’s excuse is that mirroring is only broken in Airplay-enabled apps. Broken intentionally or not, it’s still broken.

  2. Is it possible to simultaneously mirror the screen and record the screen? I’ve heard that people have gotten it to work, but I can’t on my iPad Pro.

  3. Since updated IOS11, the screen mirroring (Previously AirPlay) using my EZCast is no longer working, it keeps searching for it not finding anything. This happens in spite of properly connecting to the EZCast through WiFi.
    Any help???

  4. After upadting to ios11, my ipad will not detect my denon internet audio player in order to stream music from my ipad to the player and into my home sound system.

    • Have you updated the app? I guess you know that iOS 11 supports 64-bit devices only, and 64-bit apps only. Go to the App Store and find Denon player. Under “What’s new in version 2.0.3?” section, you will see 64-bit. So make sure you have the latest version of the app.

      • I have the same problem with my non-Apple TV streamer. I can’t screen mirror any more. It’s a shame as it used to work perfectly.

It’s got nothing to do with the change to 64 bit AFAIK.

I tried with iOS 11 then rolled back. Just tried again with iOS11.1. Still no joy.

  5. I have no need for screen mirroring, since I have no devices that can accept this signal. So WHY can’t I get that off my control panel? Same for Music. Don’t listen to music on the iPhone but once in a blue moon, so i would like to ditch that one too.
