Dell Inspiron 14 700 Comes With Good Looks and Value But Does Not Offer A Lot Of Choice

Dell unveiled its Inspiron 14 700 laptop last year in September, saying it is the strongest and thinnest Inspiron to date. The statement is more impressive if the Inspiron name conjures up images of plastic, thick and general looking laptop that will get your job done but not much else.

If you think Dell Inspiron 14 700 as a mainstream line of Dell laptop, you must know that it is generic looking but attractive laptop, made of aluminum, 0.6 inch thin and affordable.

The good thing of Dell Inspiron 14 700 series is that it provides good performance and the battery life is nearly 8 hours which is really excellent. But the bad thing is that the $800 entry version does not have a full HD screen. Also it will charge you $200 more to get a configuration.

At the moment, Dell Inspiron 14 700 series is available in three configurations that starts at $800. This is $50 less than the entry model that was tested last year but in this series the display resolution is 1366 x 768-pixel instead of the 1920 x 1080 display that was in the last year’s model. However, the prices are well for what you are getting.
