The upcoming Motorola Moto E7 has been one of the most talked-about smartphones in the recent past. Last week, a major leak revealed a large amount of information about the yet to be launched smartphone. Several details about its specifications and design were out in the public domain. Also leaked was a live image and renders of the image. The press renders that were leaked were of high quality and garnered a lot of attention.
A major piece of information that one has got hands-on because of the renders is the fact the Motorola Moto E7 will be launched in two different colors. According to a report published earlier, Motorola has named these two colors Oxy Red and Digital Blue. It is being said these customized colors are going to be quite different from the ones you would have seen on any device so far.
The specifications revealed so far are quite promising. The smartphone is likely to run on MediaTek Helio P22 SoC. While one variant offers 2GB RAM and 32GB internal storage, the other has 3GB RAM and 64GB internal storage. It features a dual-camera setup at the rear end comprising of a 13MP wide lens and a 2 MP macro lens. There is a 5MP selfie camera on the front which is positioned in a dewdrop notch.
The smartphone will have a fingerprint sensor at the rear end. The sensor has a Motorola Batwing logo marked on it. The phone also features a 5,000mAh battery and a Google Assistant Key. The codename, under which the phone was developed, was ‘Malta Lite’.
The renders that have been leaked bear a close resemblance to Lenovo K13’s renders that were leaked a while back. The model number of the Motorola Moto E7 is XT2097, similar to the model number of the Moto E7i Power. The information that we have on our hands till now points towards the possibility of the smartphone being marketed with three distinctive brandings across different countries.
There are rumors about the Motorola Moto E7 having features that are similar to Lenovo K13. If that is indeed true, then based on the Lenovo K13 leak, we can expect the Motorola device to have dual-SIM support, Android 10, USB Type-C port, and microSD card slot. The company is yet to make any formal announcement about the device but the leaks have definitely added to the buzz surrounding it.
