The iPhone X internal specifications have been revealed by Tenaa, the Chinese Ministry of Industry and Information Technology’s Telecommunication Equipment Certification Center. A filing shows device’s battery capacity, CPU clock speed, and system memory.
Two weeks ago, Apple has introduced the iPhone X that will be in stores on November 3. However, during the event, tech giant focused on new hardware features and didn’t reveal the device’s internal specifications.
A famed mobile leaker Steve Hemmerstoffer first spotted the documents on Tuesday. The filing shows the internal specifications of the iPhone X, including the phone’s battery capacity, CPU clock speed and system memory.
The iPhone X comes with 3GB of RAM same as the iPhone 8 Plus, and an A11 Bionic chip clocked at 2.4GHz. A device is packed with 2,716 mAh battery.

When it comes to iPhone 8, it features 2GB RAM and 1,821 mAh battery. The iPhone 8 Plus comes with 2691 mAh battery, and same as iPhone X, 3GB RAM.
Apple’s iPhone X comes with OLED technology, which is considered as more efficient than LCD. The fact iPhone X has a bigger battery capacity isn’t surprising. It comes with several power-hungry components that will drain the power. Is 2,716 battery enough for the power users remains to be seen.
The iPhone X price starts at $999 for 64 GB version. Preorders will start October 27 and the phone will be available in stores November 3.
If you are not planning to spend a $1000 or more on a new iPhone, but still want to upgrade, you don’t have to wait because iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus are in stores. iPhone 8 price starts at $699 and iPhone 8 Plus at $799. Both phones come in two capacity options – 64GB and 256GB.
