Apple Announces New and Improved iPad Pro

Apple’s keynote speech during WWDC 2017 this Monday sure brought along a lot of new announcements and reveals. One of the most impressive reveals what that of the new and refreshed iPad Pro running on the upcoming iOS 11. The new iOS 11 promises to be extremely tablet-friendly and aims to make iPads function well in lieu of laptops. That seems like a pretty bold promise, but seeing the impressive specs of the new iPad Pro, we can see it happening for sure. Let’s take a look at the new Apple tablet.

Design, Specs and More

The new and refreshed iPad Pro comes in to display size variants: 10.5-inch and 12.9-inch. While the new screen tech isn’t OLED quite yet, as the iPhone 8 is supposed to come with, it does offer the most advanced type of LCD that is currently available in the factory circuit. And while the screens are bigger, the iPad in itself is not, due to an all-new design featuring a much narrower bezel around the display itself.

On top of that, the new iPad Pro runs on the brand new A10X Fusion that Apple designed especially for it. The chipset is so avant-garde that it surpasses those in mid-range laptops, which says a lot about how the tablet will perform. The tablet’s two variants also come with a lot of gigs of RAM and memory space, rivaling actual computers in the most real sense of the word.

And the price is fitting for a device of this caliber. Seeing as this tablet performs and has all the hardware that you might find in a computer, it will also be priced at the same levels as one. However, it seems to be well worth the money, at least from what we’ve seen at WWDC 2017.
