Which Android Phones Will See The Oreo Update?

Android updates tend to be a little trickier than other OS updates. For instance, every phone on the iOS network gets the latest version when it’s updated. However, Android updates don’t work like this.

Several months ago, the Android Oreo OS was released, but only Google phones got the update. Other models had to wait, and some models still have yet to see it. When will you see the Oreo update on your device?

If you have a higher-quality smartphone, chances are you’ll see the release sooner rather than later. Some manufacturers are working tirelessly to update their phones to the latest version.

A Look At The Different Phone Brands

The HTC flagship device recently got the Oreo OS. It won’t be long before the U Ultra, U11 Life and HTC 10 gets the update.

Samsung S8 and S8Plus owners should have the Android Oreo Beta already on their phones. While a list of phones was leaked recently, it’s not known when those phones get the Oreo update.

In the meantime, the OnePlus 5T does not come with the Oreo but is believed to be getting in 2018. OnePlus 3 and 3T may be getting in relatively soon. And, the OnePlus 5 models should see Oreo beta before too much longer.
