Google recently rolled out Android P Beta 2, or Developer Preview 3, as it is also known, to their Pixel devices. This update comes with a host of exciting features for developers such as Final APIs and a Clear All button.

It also confirms the suspicion that Android P is going to be the official Android 9. Now, besides all of these features meant for developers, Google also added 157 new emojis that span from gender-neutral families to cute animal and more face emoticons. If you do not have a Pixel device, but you want to have these emojis, then this is the guide for you. Thanks to one of the Senior Members of XDA, joeyhuab, we now have a Magisk module that will allow you to use these emojis on any Android Device.

How to Install the Android P Emojis

First of all, this method employs the Magisk module, as we have already mentioned which means that your device has to be rooted in it. Keep that in mind before you start this process.

The first thing that you have to do after you made sure that your phone is rooted with the Magisk module is to download the Android P Fonts and Emojis Magisk Module which you can find on Xda-developers for free. After you did that, the next step is to open up the Magisk Manager and tap on the hamburger menu. Then you should tap on Modules.

Tap on the “+” and navigate to the folder where you downloaded the before mentioned module. After you have found it select it and Magisk will start to do the work for you. It will begin to flash the module onto your device. When it has finished, you then have to tap on the Reboot button which you will find on the bottom-right side of your device. And that is about it.

Now you are the proud owner of the freshly released new set of emojis from Google. Start to look and sort through all the latest 157 emojis and decide which your favorites are. It is tough to settle on one since most of these emojis are quite lovely. You now have the power to use them as you wish in your conversations, add them to your status for an added flare or, really, just use them however you like and make the best out of this new feature.
