Solution No.1: Force close Camera

To do this, press the home button twice, and you will see the list of apps you have been using lately. Find Camera, and swipe up to close it.

 

Solution No.2: Close the running apps

Repeating the same thing as provided in Solution No.1, tap on home button two times, and by swiping up, close the running apps.

 

Solution No.3: Restart your iPhone

Maybe this will work for you. Press the sleep/wake button, and when slider appears, drag it, and shut down your phone. Turn it back on after a couple of seconds.

 

Solution No.4: Clean camera lens

Sometimes, no matter how stupid it may sound, all you need to do is clear your camera lens. Use clean and dry cloth, and clean the lens gently.

 

Solutions No.5: Update iOS

Another thing you may want to try out is to update iOS. The easiest way to do so is wirelessly, but before you start, back up your files to iCloud. Connect your iPhone to a power source, navigate to Settings, click on General, and then on Software Update.
