What else?

There are few other things to try: to reset network settings, update iOS software and reset all settings.

Reset network settings

To reset network settings, follow the steps below:

  • Go to Settings
  • Tap General
  • Now tap Reset
  • Tap Reset network settings

Update iOS

You have two main options, to update it via iTunes, or wirelessly. We suggest the option no.2, since it is a lot simpler. Back up your files to iCloud, connect the phone to the power source, and a Wi-Fi network. Click on Settings, General, Software Update. Choose Download and Install.

Reset all settings

By doing this, your device will be restored to its factory defaults, but your data won’t be deleted.

  • Go to Settings
  • Next, tap General
  • Tap Reset
  • Tap Reset all settings.
