Wake up early

Productive people always wake up early. You can use your morning session for planning and organize your day. Start your day early so you can get more time to do all your tasks. If you are not an early riser, you set your alarm and train yourself to wake early.


Go to bed at a reasonable time

You need at least 7- 9 hours of sleep. Select a reasonable time to go to bed at night so you won’t feel tired when you wake up in the mornings. You should be energetic and ready to take on the day. You will also wake up earlier when you get sufficient rest.

People spend the entire day on social media and do nothing productive. 5 hours spent on social media could be used for something more productive. You can have a social life but you need to prioritize. Don’t watch the entire series of your favorite show when you have two deadlines to meet.

  1. i have tried several times to go early to my bed …… but at the very next day it happens to me again and i use to sleep at 3 or 4 am which is disturbing my whole day activites …. kindly suggest some tips to go to bed early
